Back 4 Blood: How to unlock Skull Totem cards in Tunnels of Terror

Back 4 Blood's Tunnels of Terror addition adds many new levels to the game that your team can explore as you go through the Campaign. Many adversaries, weapon improvements, and a whole new currency, Skull Totems, will be encountered when exploring these Ridden Hives. Skull Totems can be used to purchase new cards, cosmetics, and other items. Here's where you can put them to good use.

You can spend your Skull Totems at the Supply Lines table in the Fort Hope base once you've collected enough from various Ridden Hives. To open the interface, either pull up the menu or walk over and speak with the lady. Skull Totems are available on the right-hand side of the Skull Totem track.

Skull Totem options, unlike conventional Supply Lines, are refreshed during the day, but otherwise, behave the same. Cosmetics for your Cleaners and weapons, as well as sprays and the cards you seek, are all available. The ones shown here are only available for this track, so if you see one you like, get it before it goes back into rotation.
