Because of all the build-up to the boss, taking on Radagon is actually much easy than many players believe. There is, however, a way to utterly kill the boss while Radagon remains motionless and lifeless. Tyrannicon, a YouTuber, produced a video showing how to make Radagon of the Golden Order standstill until he's almost dead.

Tyrannicon explains how to take down the boss in this video. To begin, players should skip the cutscene after crossing the golden fog to enter the fight and immediately press the sprint button forward while the screen is black. When you face Radagon, the first thing he does is slowly spin around. Radagon will halt dead and not move if you reach him before he has fully turned around. He will not attack you or attempt to defend himself.

If you want Radagon of the Golden Order to stay put, though, don't do these things:
  • Don’t melee attack the boss
  • Don't get too attached to him.
  • When he stops moving, don't move.
If you can master these three aspects of the cheese, you'll have no trouble defeating Radagon of the Golden Order.
