Elden Ring: How to beat Margit the Fell Omen

As the massive, light-wielding horned thing drops down from Stormveil Castle, it plans to stop you. Margit the Fell Omen, a boss who uses raw strength and surprise strikes to catch the player off guard, gains a gigantic new hammer in Phase 2. Margit boss fight tips

If you've made it to Stormveil Castle, you'll confront the Elden Ring Margit boss fight, a devastating introduction to the game's more strong foes. His strikes are a mix of sluggish attacks with good counterattack opportunities and unrelenting combos that leave little space for error. We advise you to level up and grab a +3 weapon or some upgraded spells before taking on Margit, the Fell Omen. Use these tips to feel Margit, the Fell Omen in Elden Ring:

• Margit's blows are too long and powerful to be countered with a shield, so instead utilize well-timed rolls.
• When attacking from behind, be wary of his tail swipe.
• Margit can delay certain assaults with his cane to throw you off your block or dodge.
• Maintain pressure on him to stagger him, allowing you to unleash high-damage attacks. Critical Successes

Dodging is essential when fighting Elden Ring Margit. His cane attacks do severe physical damage that, when shielded, drains your stamina, leaving you susceptible to a deadly hit. In the second phase, when Margit's strikes grow more relentless, you can stagger him many times, allowing you to perform additional Critical Hits.

Distracting Elden Ring Margit with Spirit Ashes and Summons is another fantastic strategy. These are useful for all players, but especially ranged and magic builds. Margit will be drawn in by Spirit Ash that calls several NPCs to fight with you. You can attack him with arrows, bolts, or spells from afar or close up with melee weapons. You can even summon Sorcerer Rogier for help against Margit using a gold summoning sign immediately outside the entryway.

Margit phase 2

In his second phase, Elden Ring Margit will employ more glowing weapons, including a large sword and a hefty hammer, to perform a wider range of assaults. The same as with his cane assaults, getting a few hits in when he's recuperating works great. Sword blows are too swift to counter and too devastating to block with a shield.

Margit boss fight rewards

You'll get a lot of Runes and the Talisman Pouch for beating Margit in Elden Ring. This key item adds one free Talisman space to your character. They are little trinkets that can be equipped to your character and provide various perks. Talismans are found in specific bosses and in the environment.

Margit seems to drop more Runes as your character's level increases. We got 9,000 Runes for defeating him at level 19, allowing us to reach level 22, but 12,000 Runes for defeating him at level 29 allowed us to reach level 31. In either case, you should be able to level up twice. A Site of Grace appears nearby to facilitate this.
