Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2 has unvaulted the long-missing Jetpack, as revealed by the Week 4 challenges. Players may use the equipment for long periods of time, making it an effective way to traverse the map. Even better, its reappearance has brought with it some much-needed reforms. Here's how to locate one of the many Jetpacks scattered across the battle royale.

Surprisingly, the Jetpack is the first unvaulted item in Chapter 3 Season 2 that isn't included in loot. You won't be able to find it in chests, Supply Drops, or even on the ground because of this. Instead, the device is predominantly seen on the inside walls of IO Airships. These airships are currently flying over Command Cavern, Condo Canyon, Tilted Towers, and Coney Crossroads at the time of writing.

The Jetpack, like automobiles and Quadcrashers, operates on fuel and can be refueled at gas stations. With a full tank of petrol, players may expect to stay in the air for an extended period of time. For the first time, people flying with it will be able to aim-down-sights with any weapon, perhaps turning you into an unstoppable force from above. It's unclear how long these Jetpacks will be available this season. Fans of the item shouldn't be concerned for the time being as long as these airships are still in the sky.
