Rampage Run: Kamino is the challenge related to Temmin Wexley. It's a timed shooting gallery challenge where you must hit all targets. As you continue through Episode II: Attack of the Clones, you may access Kamino.

At this moment, you have 40 seconds to shoot all the targets in space. This challenge will require you to use a starship, so choose one that you are familiar with. You won't have to hunt for any targets. If you hit all of the targets, you'll unlock Temmin Wexley. You may then buy them for 35,000 studs from your character selection screen.
