MLB The Show 22: How to complete Astros City Connect Michael Brantley Player Program

The inaugural Diamond Player Program for MLB The Show 22 was released on April 8 by San Diego Studios. The new Nationals City Connect shirt and an 85 OVR Anthony Rendon were available to users. Now it's April 19th, and it's time to introduce a new City Connect jersey to the game. The Astros have unveiled a new City Connect jersey that pays reference to "Space City" and the NASA program's home base. By completing a special program, MLB The Show players can obtain this jersey as well as that of another Diamond player.

You will need 50 points to complete this program completely. The following are the benefits that can be achieved as a result of participating in this program:

• 10 Points – MLB The Show 22 pack
• 20 Points – Astros City Connect profile icon
• 30 Points – Veteran Michael Brantley (85 OVR)
• 40 Points – Nike City Connect Equipment item
• 50 Points – Astros City Connect Jersey

The Astros City Connect jersey is the main prize for this program. But there's another big prize in this program: a Michael Brantley with an 85 OVR and Diamond hitting and defense. Here are some of Brantley's numbers:

You should try to do the following to get to the 50 point mark in the cleanest path:

• Finish the six moments (25 pts.)
• Complete the following five Astros Parallel PXP Missions for a total of 27 points:
• Tally 500 PXP with 85 OVR in Ranked Seasons, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, or Conquest with Michael Brantley (10 pts.)
• In Ranked Seasons, Battle Royale, Events, Play against. CPU, Mini Seasons, or Conquest, earn 250 PXP with Astros (2 pts.)
• In Ranked Seasons, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, or Conquest, earn 500 PXP with Astros (3 pts.)
• In Ranked Seasons, Battle Royale, Events, Play against. CPU, Mini Seasons, or Conquest, get 1,000 PXP with Astros (5 pts.)
• In Ranked Seasons, Battle Royale, Events, Play vs. CPU, Mini Seasons, or Conquest, earn 1,500 PXP with Astros (7 pts.)

There are two exchanges in this program, but they can be bypassed in favor of the Missions and Moments, just like the Rendon one. Unless you don't want to fulfill some of the Moments, of course. By executing the two swaps, one for Astros players and the other for AL West players, you can skip up to two of the Moments. Skipping those Exchanges, on the other hand, will save you some Stubs.

Putting together a team of Astros players and playing Conquest with those cards is arguably the best way to complete the Missions. You'll be able to grind without the stress of online play and progress through numerous Conquests this way. Users can earn 15,000 XP toward the Faces of the Franchise (FOTF) Featured Program if they finish this program in its entirety and acquire the Astros City Connect jersey.
