MLB The Show 22: What can players transfer?

MLB The Show 22 will be available on all major platforms worldwide beginning in April. If you purchased the MVP 22 or Digital Deluxe Editions, you can play the game right now. Both come with four days of early access, which grants players access to all game zones. There are several exciting new features, as well as all of the previous releases' fan-favorite modes. With that stated, there are very few features from the previous year's game that can be carried over to the next one.

Year-on-Year saves (Non-Transferrable)

This is perhaps the most sought and necessary item for gamers to transfer between releases. Unfortunately for the fans, saves aren't transferable, so they'll have to start over. Any gaming lover who plays titles like FIFA, Madden, and others has requested this feature. While the fans will likely be disappointed, there may be technological restrictions. These constraints could be the driving force behind such a decision.

Beta test progress (Non-Transferrable)

Players will have to start over with the official release to ensure that everyone is on an equal footing. This prevents beta testers from gaining an unfair advantage. However, because the game's popular Diamond Dynasty mode contains active PvP components, this could be a problem.

Stadiums (Non-Transferrable)

MLB In this year's version, Show 22 has improved the stadium creation mode even more. It comes after a feature that saw many gamers create real-life and other imaginative stadiums in last year's version. Unfortunately, any stadium built in MLB The Show 21 will be locked and unable to be transferred.
