My Hero Academia: Why did Tsuyu cry in front of Class 1-A?

Tsuyu opposed Bakugo's rescue mission

Momo Yaoyorozu rigged a Chainsaw Nomu with a tracking device. The creature led the Pro Heroes to the League of Villains' lair. Bakugo may be held there. The remainder of Class 1-A was apprehensive. Eijiro Kirishima and Shoto Todoroki disclosed a covert plan to rescue Bakugo when they visited Izuku Midoriya in the hospital. They only needed a second Momo tracking gadget.
