Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: How to get the Donkey

The Donkey has a powerful kick that can be extremely useful in combat. This weapon may not appear to be powerful, but it is just as powerful as some of the Wonderlands' most legendary weapons. Sawblades are fired from this weapon, and they stick to the targets. Each saw blade that is trapped in a target causes an additional 1.0 percent damage, and each blade stays stuck for 4.3 seconds. This is OK until you find that the weapon's fire rate skyrockets as you hold the trigger down longer, making it desirable for practically any design. In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, this is how you get the Donkey.

This weapon is one of the few in the Wonderlands that is a dedicated drop of a certain adversary. The Donkey can only be obtained from one adversary in the game, unlike other legendary items that can be obtained from any major treasure source or the Chaos Chamber. Because the weapon isn't as popular, this makes farming for it a little easier. Getting the weapon, on the other hand, takes some time.

You must reach the point in the campaign where the Nocean segment is unlocked before you may get your hands on this weapon. This occurs after Torgue blows up the entire ocean in the Emotion of the Ocean quest. This will get you entry to the land beneath the waves at Brighthoof.

What the game doesn't tell you is that at Queen's Gate, it also provides you access to more of the map. Get to Queen's Gate and look for the Ancient Obelisk in the tiny location of the beach shown on the map above. This obelisk will allow you to face the Droll the Troll miniboss, the only monster capable of dropping the legendary Donkey.
