To get this weapon, you must beat the game. The gun can only be obtained from a few places. First, it can be obtained from one of the Chaos Chamber's raid bosses. It drops from The Maker, a particular boss. In case you didn't know, the Chaos Chamber has four secret raid bosses. You can only fight The Maker if you vanquish them all in one run. The Maker is Tina's boss fight.
