It's a world drop. That means it's available from all notable loot sources. Bosses, minibosses, chests, Lucky Dice, and even standard foes can drop loot. Of course, just because it's a world drop doesn't mean you can't farm it. After beating the game, you can enter the Chaos Chamber. You will find rabbit sculptures at the end of your Chaos Chamber runs. You can gain this legendary by spending crystals on the melee statue.

You may always farm The Maker for a faster way to get this weapon. The Maker is one of the Chaos Chamber's four raid bosses. During your Chaos Chamber run, you must complete the riddle for each raid boss to reach The Maker. At the end of the run, you will face each raid boss. If you defeat them all, you will face The Maker. Farming The Maker is challenging, therefore keep employing statues to farm this weapon.
