Tiny Tina’s Wonderlands: What are chaotic and volatile weapons?
You found a weapon marked with the word chaotic just when you thought you had all the stuff you could possibly want. Perhaps you came across one that has been labeled as volatile. They may not appear to be different, but getting a chaotic or volatile weapon is better than you might expect. In Tiny Tina's Wonderlands, here's everything you need to know about chaotic and explosive weapons.
Until you reach the end of the campaign, you won't be able to find chaotic or volatile gear. You'll gain access to the Chaos Chamber and Chaos Mode once you've completed the campaign. When playing in either of these modes, you'll notice that items branded with chaos or volatiles will occasionally drop. This isn't limited to weapons; it can appear on any form of gear. If you raise your Chaos Level, you'll see more of these items.
When it comes to weapons, chaotic and volatile gear is more powerful than the conventional equipment you've been lugging around. Because items have a level cap of 40, there had to be another means to boost the strength of items based on your Chaos Level. Chaotic items are roughly 20% stronger than ordinary things, whereas volatile items are roughly 40% stronger. This makes them extremely valuable, particularly in the upper Chaos Levels.
On Chaos Level 1, you have a 3.80 percent chance of acquiring a piece of chaotic gear for farming purposes. When you reach Chaos Level 20, this percentage nearly triples to about 30%. When trying to farm chaos, keep this in mind. At Chaos Level 20, volatile gear has a 1.40 percent chance of emerging.
