Destiny 2: How to get Every Waking Moment

When Moon-based legendary weapons were first introduced in Destiny 2, they were one-of-a-kind, requiring special tasks to obtain. Several new Throne World weapons have been added to the game as part of the Witch Queen expansion. Some are linked to the Witch Queen expansion's quests, while others are part of the new Season of the Risen quests and activities. Old legendary weapons will be brought to the forefront once again in Season 17 thanks to a new weekly rotator for classic raids and dungeons. Every Waking Moment is a submachine gun that comes with a slew of PvE bonuses. It's also Void, which is extremely powerful when built correctly for the season. Every Waking Moment can also drop as a resonant weapon, however, it is currently unavailable for crafting. This tutorial will show you how to obtain this highly desired weapon.

Essence of Obscurity Quest

You must own and complete the Shadowkeep expansion to begin this quest. After you've completed the prerequisites, go to the Lectern on the Moon to begin this quest.

Activities and SMG kills

The first two phases of this quest can be finished quickly by going north to the Moon's Altar of Sorrow. Continue using any SMG and completing waves of the public event by driving your sparrow or teleporting to the Altar. Both of these quest steps will be completed in a few rounds.

Finding the Withered Plumes

The final stage is to locate the weapon parts for the Withered Plumes. Get on a sparrow and fly to the Moon's deep tunnels to find this uncommon item. Once you're deep inside, go to the Circle of Bones location. When you've entered the patrol area, walk along the outside ring, looking up into the darkness of space. The rare weapon piece can be found in the exact place shown below.

The Last Step

Return to the Lectern at the Moon's beginning area if you've completed all of the tasks above. Once you've completed the quest steps, you'll get access to Every Waking Moment. This quest can be re-acquired and farmed for alternative drops of this rare weapon once it is completed.
