How to Get Caliban’s Hand Exotic Hunter Arms in Destiny 2

Only finishing a single Legend or Master Lost Sector unlocks Caliban's Hand exotic Hunter Arms. These overworld activities can be performed by interacting with the flag immediately outside of the Lost Sector; however, keep in mind that these objectives rotate. As a result, you'll need to play certain ones in order to complete them and earn Caliban's Hand exotic armaments.
