Destiny 2: How to Unlock Solar 3.0 Fragments and Grenades

In Destiny 2, the Haunted Season has begun, bringing with it Solar 3.0 Fragments and Grenades. Solar 3.0, like Void 3.0, does not arrive with everything unlocked out of the box. And believe me when I say that you'll desire everything that Solar 3.0 has to offer. Here's how to get all of Solar 3.0's grenades and fragments in Destiny 2.

How to Unlock Fragments and Grenades for Solar 3.0

You'll need to speak with Ikora Rey to unlock all of the Fragments and Grenades for Solar 3.0 in Destiny 2 Season of the Haunted. She can be found on the Tower's west side. Choose to Grow your Solar Light powers after speaking with her. For the time being, you will have access to all Supers, Class Abilities, Melees, Movement, and Aspects. You'll also get some Fragments and three Grenades to begin with.

All you need is Glimmer to unlock all of the Fragments and Grenades in Solar 3.0. Each Grenade costs 3,000 Glimmer, but each Fragment costs 25,000 Glimmer. Because you begin with three Solar Grenades unlocked, you'll need to spend a total of 15,000 Glimmer to unlock all of the Solar 3.0 Grenades. Equip one of the Glimmer Booster mods on your Ghost and grind the Nightmare Containment activity if you don't have enough Glimmer. You can increase the amount of Glimmer you get by a significant percentage depending on the mod.

Exit Ikora Rey's options and choose to Meditate at the object directly to her right after purchasing all of the Solar 3.0 upgrades. This will combine all of the enhancements you've recently acquired with your abilities. You can now create your ideal Solar 3.0 Guardian.

You'll find that you don't have all of the available Fragments, even if you bought them all. With Void 3.0, this was the case. Keep an eye on Ikora Rey in the coming weeks as the last of the Solar 3.0 Fragments is sure to be released. For the time being, concentrate on obtaining all of the Opulent weaponry and obtaining the greatest Nightmare Harvester upgrades.
