Elden Ring: How to get the Frozen Lightning Spear incantation

The fearsome Frozen Lightning Spear can be used to unleash the Dragonkin Soldiers' might. This incantation lets you stab a lightning spear into the ground, which then explodes into lines of lightning that spread over the ground toward your opponent. This invocation causes Frostbite and deals both lightning and frost damage to those who are caught in it. In Elden Ring, here's how to gain the Frozen Lightning Spear Incantation.

You must travel to Ainsel River in order to get this spell. Ainsel River is a subterranean region in the game that you can access by taking a massive elevator down. The Ainsel River Well is an elevator that brings you to this place in eastern Liurnia, north of the Artist's Shack and the Eastern Tableland Site of Grace. You'll need to walk along the eastern perimeter of the neighborhood to find the elevator building.

To go to Nokstella, you must travel across the area after reaching the Ainsel River. Take the left path from the Ainsel River Well Depths and follow it to the Uhl Palace Ruins. Continue forward until you reach a vast open room with a massive throne. The Dragonkin Soldier of Nokstella will attack you right here. This boss is powerful, but not the most difficult you'll face. This boss assaults in the same way as the typical Dragonkin Soldier encountered in Siofra River, but with the extra ability to employ frozen lightning skills. The incantation will be given to you once the boss has been defeated.
