This implies that you should search for a vehicle in Greasy Grove. Because the vehicle is known to be one of the slowest in the game, you should choose a taxi with a full tank of gas near the location's Mexican restaurant.

After that, the car must be driven to the middle of Seven Outpost I, where the assignment will be delivered.
