To obtain a mission from Ron, the simplest method is to simply phone him. Ron can be found on the contact page of your phone. Simply dial his number and ask for a task. Following the call, Ron will send you a message that will transfer you to his first mission.

You won't have a choice over Ron's assignments this way, and you'll have to finish them in order. If you want to choose from Ron's missions, go to the Missions option in the Pause screen and select Ron's missions.
