Halo Infinite: How to win Last Spartan Standing

In Halo Infinite's second season of DLC, Lone Wolves, a new unique game mode called Last Man Standing was introduced. This free-for-all game will pit you against 11 opponents as you compete to upgrade your loadouts and be the last one standing at the end of the match, as the name implies. Here's all you need to know about winning Last Man Standing in Halo Infinite.

Last Man Standing is a cross between a traditional free-for-all and a game like Gun Game. You start each match with a Disruptor, but as you rack up points from kills and assists, you can improve your loadout whenever you choose. As you progress, you'll unlock items like the Mangler, Assault Rifle, Commando, Overshield, Active Camo, and Bulldog.

Until they are eliminated, each player in the contest has five lives overall. Once you've been eliminated, you can either exit the game or continue to watch the others play. You'll observe orbs of Bonus XP dropping on the ground when Spartans are defeated. Interact with these to get 300 experience points toward your loadout in one fell swoop, but beware: claiming them takes a long time, and the orb's location is visible to everyone in the game.

The most important aspect of Last Man Standing is to win one-on-one combat and avoid being outnumbered. Try to sneak up on those fighting and obtain easy kills while they are weakening each other if you can. Take advantage of the environment to take cover and restore your shields if necessary, and don't rush yourself. The game has no time limit, but as more people are eliminated, the danger zone begins to creep in. To prevent receiving unnecessary damage from the remaining adversaries, stay inside the zone.
