When you arrive, you'll notice a decapitated body in the front, which appears to be Moore's.

A little more digging reveals that there's a lot more going on here and that the body isn't exactly Moore's. When you turn right and inspect the garbage shoot in the kitchen, you'll find the first clue. Bazory discovers a bloodstain inside the shot. After speaking with the Caretaker and receiving the garage pass key, proceed to the elevator via the corridor past the storage room, which can be accessed via the kitchen.

When you arrive in the garage, follow the path all the way around to the left to find a safe room. You'll locate the dumpsters immediately to the left before entering that room. Any attempt to unlock this will be futile because it is locked. Return to your starting point, but turn right when you see the parking attendant's door. Request that Wyatt, the parking attendant, open the dumpsters. He acts stupid, and a confrontation ensues.

If you beat Wyatt in a fight, he'll admit to running an illegal blood trade out of dumpsters. You can investigate and steal his supplies if you can persuade him to unlock them. More crucially, you'll learn that the body upstairs belongs to Wu, one of Jason Moore's bodyguards. Not only will finding this offer you additional XP, but it will also open up the potential of a different ending later on.
