During Destiny 2's Season of the Haunted, Opulent Keys will be a must-have item. If you wish to access the Opulent Chests aboard the Derelict Leviathan and roll on the Menagerie Weapons available for the Season of the Haunted, you'll need them. Here's all you need to know about getting and using the Opulent Keys in Destiny 2 Season of the Haunted.

How to get Opulent Keys

You can obtain an Opulent Key in a variety of ways. It may be obtained by completing the Nightmare Containment public activity, which entails completing all of the possible tiers and conquering the Nightmare at the end. When you have an Opulent Key, look it over in your inventory. The information on it will direct you to where you can find the correct Opulent Chest.

How to Work with Opulent Keys

You've worked on a different Opulent Chest with each Opulent Key. You may locate them all across the Derelict Leviathan in various areas. The key in our case, for instance, worked on an Opulent Chest at the Pleasure Gardens. On the Derelict Leviathan, we needed to find our way to the Pleasure Gardens and locate the exact chest. This region contains a number of chests. We wouldn't be able to open it unless we found the correct one.

The working Opulent Chest allows us to engage with it by opening it and receiving the rewards inside. Always read the description on your Opulent Key before going in search of these chests.
