Lost Ark: How to get Class Engravings

Engravings are unique features that can be applied to your characters to give them a specific effect. These effects boost your characters by providing them with buffs. Certain Class Engravings are unique to the class you're currently playing. Characters who are Artillerists, for example, have their own set of Engravings, while Sharpshooters have their own set of Engravings.

These Engravings are obtained in the same way that standard Class Engravings are obtained. To level up these qualities, you'll need to gather Engraving Recipes for these books. Engraving Recipes can be found as drops in Chaos Dungeons, Abyss Raids, Chaos Gates, and Secret Maps. However, Class Engraving Recipe Chests, which are given away as part of quests or events, is one of the most reliable ways to obtain these recipes.

Regular Engravings and Class Engravings are distinguished in these Engraving Recipe Chests. Because Class Engravings are classified differently, they require their own Chests. As a result, Class Engravings are not found in a standard Engraving Recipe Chest. Simply go into your Inventory and use up the Recipes once you've accumulated enough Class Engraving Recipes (you'll need 20 to level up one Engraving). After reading 20 recipes, your Class Engraving will be leveled up, and you can go on to the next tier of Engraving.
