V Rising: How to get paper

You emerge as a vampire in a harsh world in V Rising. To rebuild your power and get to the top of the vampire hierarchy, you'll need to find blood. To do so, you'll either need to build a base for yourself and your allies or go it alone. If you're looking for a way to get paper in the game, this tutorial will show you how.

Finding Paper

In V Rising, you must go to Bandit Camps and slaughter the NPCs there to obtain paper. You might obtain it as a drop from one of the adversaries, but you'll mostly want to look for the chest that spawns at the camp that contains paper. Bandit Camps can be found all across the map's southern region. You can see them all here (thanks to V Rising Map), and you can use your map in-game to hover over regions that are marked.

The Paper Press can also be used to make paper. The Study, which is the second tier of the Research Desk, can be used to access this. The Study can be obtained by killing Nicholaus the Fallen, a level 37 foe found in the Farbane Woods' Forgotten Cemetery.

Create the Study and position it near the center of your base. Then, just as you did with the Research Desk, you'll need to research the Paper Press. Once it's finished, craft the Paper Press, and you'll be able to start crafting Paper!
