V Rising: How to plant seeds
You emerge as a vampire in a harsh world in V Rising. To rebuild your power and get to the top of the vampire hierarchy, you'll need to find blood. To do so, you'll either need to build a base for yourself and your allies or go it alone. If you want to cultivate your own crops, we'll show you how in this article.
Growing Plants
To plant Seeds in V Rising, select the Seed you want from your inventory and set it on your Hotbar. Select the Seed from a soiled tile or a Garden Floor area, then use it as an item to plant it in the ground. A small cement circle with a small crop within should form, which will gradually turn into a plant!
Garden Floors can be obtained by killing Polora the Feywalker, a level 34 V Blood found in the Farbane Woods if you wish to make your farm more appealing. You can place a Garden Floor at your base after you've dismissed her. Pelora the Feywalker can be found in the western part of Farbane Woods, near Silverlight Hills.
You'll need seeds for whatever crop you choose to grow presently. You can visit Farms all around the map, each of which will have a certain plant from which you can obtain seeds. Once you've arrived at the farm, chop through the crop to see if you can collect them as a drop.
Not all seeds may be gained this way; for example, Highland Lotus Seeds can be purchased for Silver Coins by engaging with Ottar the Merchant. You'll have a slim possibility of getting seeds of that plant variety once you've started getting crops you can harvest.
