V Rising: How to salvage

You emerge as a vampire in a harsh world in V Rising. To rebuild your power and get to the top of the vampire hierarchy, you'll need to find blood. To do so, you'll either need to build a base for yourself and your allies or go it alone. If you're looking to salvage certain goods or weapons in the game, this article will show you how.

Salvaging Guide

The Devourer Chest is required to salvage your equipment and weapons in V Rising. This may only be obtained by defeating Lidia the Chaos Archer. She can be discovered on the paths of Farbane Woods at level 26.

You will be able to create the Devourer Chest and place it at your base once you have located and vanquished Lidia the Chaos Archer. The chest resembles a mimic treasure chest, which is a common enemy in various games. Simply take the objects you no longer want and set them inside your newly created chest. These will then be recovered, and you will be given materials based on what you put inside!

You can utilize the resources you earn from storing items in your Devourer Chest to construct new items and expand your foundation. While you'll want to preserve most of what you obtain, there will be some ancient armor and weapons that aren't worth keeping!
