We can confirm that while playing the mobile game, you will have a chance to catch a shiny Nosepass. There's a chance you'll come across the shiny version of this Pokémon in the wild, as part of a Field Research mission, hatching an egg, or defeating it in a raid battle.

During a Spotlight Hour event, you can catch a shiny version of Nosepass by attempting to catch it. The Spotlight Hour, on the other hand, has no effect on the shiny chances of a Pokémon appearing. Instead, it boosts the likelihood of that Pokémon spawning next to you during the hour, from 6 to 7 p.m. in your local time zone, giving you more chances to find a shiny variant while keeping the odds the same.

Despite the fact that Nosepass and Probopass aren't the most well-known Pokémon in Pokémon Go for PvP or PvE, many collectors are anxious to add them to their collections.
