You'll need to find a pair of these amphibians and offer them an item to encourage them to multiply now that frogs have entered the game. In Minecraft, here's how to breed frogs and make tadpoles.

How to get Frogs to breed Tadpoles in Minecraft

Frogs can only be found in the Swamp biome in Minecraft (or spawn them in Creative Mode). Give them Slimeballs when you locate two and they'll go into love mode. They used to eat seagrass as a temporary food source until it was replaced.

When the frogs develop hearts, they will mate, and one of them will get pregnant and seek out a water block with nothing above it to lay eggs that will hatch into Tadpoles. Do not handle the eggs while they are still in the shell. They'll hatch quickly, but you can't do anything with them while they're still eggs. While the tadpoles are swimming around in the water, scoop them up with a bucket and transport them to your desired location.

Remember that tadpoles must remain in the water to survive. If you put them on land, they will flop around and eventually die like a fish. Make a small pond for them to stay in until they become frogs, so they can't escape. When they reach adulthood, they will be able to venture onto land and, if they get close enough, consume tiny Slime. Tadpoles can become one of three types of frogs, depending on which biome they grew up in.
