When you initially begin playing the DLC, you won't be able to work together with any of the Followers. To begin, you will have to finish the Master Rank 2 Urgent Quest: Scarlet Tengu in the Shrine Ruins. This quest acts as a kind of preview for what you can anticipate from Follower Collab Quests. As part of the aforementioned mission, it is required of you to go on a hunt with Fiorayne in order to bring down a Blood Orange Bishaten.

Talking to Chichae the Quest Damsel will provide you access to Follower Collab Quests once the main quest has been finished. This will allow you to take part in Follower Collab Quests. Support Surveys and Follower Quests are the two categories that fall under the umbrella of Follower Collab Quests.
