Pokémon Go: All Ultra Unlock Research Day Field Research tasks and rewards
Trainers who completed enough Arena Challenges after Pokémon Go Fest 2022 received a series of Ultra Unlock goodies. Several events will be boosted by these awards throughout the Season of Go, which runs from June through August. During Adventure Week 2022, on Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. in your local timezone, the first Ultra Unlock prize will be given out. All of these Field Research activities are available on Pokémon Go's Ultra Unlock Research Day.
All Ultra Unlock Research Day Field Research tasks and rewards
To get these Field Research missions, you must visit neighboring PokéStops or Gyms. They will only appear between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. in your local time zone. You can redeem them after the event, but you won't be able to find any more after that. All of the Field Research tasks and rewards are listed here:
- Battle in a Gym – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Battle in a Raid – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Catch 3 Rock-type Pokémon – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Evolve 2 Rock-type Pokémon – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Make 5 Curveball throws in a row – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Make 5 Nice throws in a row – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Make 2 Great Throws in a row – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Power Up Pokémon 3 times – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
- Spin 2 PokéStops or Gyms – Cranidos or Shieldon encounter
We recommend looking for Field Research activities that focus on catching Rock-type Pokémon, making specific PokéBall throws, or rotating PokéStops or Gyms, depending on your playstyle preferences. The others aren't the ideal choices if you want to maximize your time during the Ultra Unlock Limited Research Day by encountering several Cranidos or Shieldons.
