We advise first verifying your Steam Wishlist on other platforms if it does not appear when you enter the store. If you are using the Steam app on your PC, you might want to check it out on the Steam website or the Steam mobile app. Additionally, it appears that occasionally your Wishlist may display in the Big Picture Mode even though it isn't showing up in its usual location on your PC.
