The full version of The Cycle Frontier is now available. Previously, the game was only available on the Epic Games Store. It is, however, now available on Steam. It's no secret that The Cycle has a plethora of resources strewn across the maps. Some are simple to find, while others will have you work for it. Derelict Explosive is a "not so easy to find" material. However, you must act swiftly because it only spawns in a few locations. Derelict Explosives are exceedingly difficult to obtain, despite being an "Uncommon" resource in the game.

Derelict explosives can be very useful when it comes to crowd control. Simply firing your weapons will not suffice when confronted with a large group of animals. You can also use them to cope with larger animals. We'll learn how to get Derelict Explosives in The Cycle Frontier in this guide.

Getting Derelict Explosives in The Cycle Frontier

Derelict Explosives can be found at the Bright Sands Dig Site. You can also find some in Jungle Camp's dumpsters and loot caches. Derelict Explosives have a low spawn rate in Bright Sands, and you can only find them in two spots, starting with our initial level. You should not, however, refuse to pick them up just because you have the option. These explosives are already scarce, so get them while you still can.

Unlike Bright Sands, though, Crescent Falls has a large number of sites where you can find Derelict Explosives. Because the map is so large, there's a good chance you'll run across this item. The Dumpsters and Hidden Stashes at Pinnacle Labs, as well as the Shelves at Green Prospects, have the highest spawn rate for Derelict Explosives. Other locations include the Lakeside Building, Base Camp Power Up Room, Geothermal Plant, Favela, Nutrition Farm Processing, Nutrition Farm Warehouse, and Starport Warehouse.
