Diablo Immortal: How to disable the chat box

Blizzard's Diablo Immortal is the company's first excursion into mobile gaming, but PC gamers aren't left out because they can participate as well. The game is based on the well-known Diablo franchise, and it will have you slaying demons while gathering various goodies. If you're wondering how to alter the game's resolution, this tutorial will show you how.
  • To turn off the conversation box in Diablo Immortal, go to the settings menu or tap on the chat box and select the settings gear button next to it. Uncheck all of the items that are presently checked under Channels in Chat Preview in the Chat settings area.
  • This will stop any new messages from entering your conversation, but the window will still be visible on your screen. It takes a while for the messages to go entirely. You can try logging out and back in to see if it completely eliminates it. It will work in the end; all you have to do now is wait.
  • Your conversation will remain open, so if you receive a direct message, it will appear in the chat. However, you will not be able to view the chat box until you receive a message. If you prefer, you can open the chat window by using the Enter key on your PC keyboard.
  • Your chat window will be minimized on mobile, but a tiny chat area will remain at the bottom of the screen. You can tap on it to open it, but it will stay open for a while and you won't be able to minimize it until it does so automatically or you log out and back in.
