How to Make Vegan Chocolate Almond Bark - Ingredients and Full Instructions
In my opinion, chocolate bark is a conventional chocolate bar's slightly thicker close relative. I chose to attempt creating the vegan chocolate almond bark because I love almonds so much.
Things You'll Need To Make Vegan Chocolate Almond Bark
- Offset or normal spatula Parchment paper
- microwave-safe bowl
- cookie tin
Ingredients You'll Need
- 10 ounces or more of dark chocolate
- toasted almonds, 1 cup
- salted sea smoked
Instructions To Follow
- To melt your chocolate completely, microwave it for 30-second intervals. Stir it in a smooth fashion.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto a baking or cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.
- With a spatula, spread the chocolate into a thin layer after folding in the almonds.
- On top, add smoked sea salt.
- To let it set, cover it and put it in the refrigerator for five minutes.
- The sheet should be taken out of the refrigerator and placed at room temperature on a counter.
- Allow to stand for 20 minutes, then slice and serve.
