Call of Duty Warzone: How to fix the Friends List not working error

The ideal Call of Duty: Warzone squad consists of pals. Playing with trusted teammates is always superior to playing with random players. But if you play on different platforms, you have to rely on the game's in-game friend list to work. Here's how to repair it in Warzone if you try to pull up your friend list and nothing appears or it won't connect.

How to fix Call of Duty: Warzone’s friend list not working error

Restarting the game is the first step to making Call of Duty: Warzone's friend list functional once more. Ensure that you have finished the game completely. Make sure it's not on your Quick Resume list if you're using Xbox Series X. If that doesn't work, restart your computer after a complete shutdown. If you're playing on an Xbox or PlayStation, make sure the console is completely turned off, then unplug it for around 30 seconds before connecting it back in and trying again.

Then, we advise disabling crossplay in your game. Navigate to Options, then select Account. Crossplay is the first set; change it to disabled and start your game again. After restarting, go back to the choice, set it back to Enabled, and give it another shot.

You can avoid it if none of the aforementioned solutions have worked by forming a group. Open the Social menu, then select Groups. Invite your friends to join a group you create with a distinctive name. You should be able to easily party up without having to search through the in-game friend list once everyone has signed up. Send invitations to everyone in the group after everyone has joined. If none of the solutions above help you, Call of Duty: Warzone is probably having server troubles; you will need to wait until they are resolved.
