Final Fantasy XIV's Patch 6.2: Buried Memory adds four new raid bosses for players to take on and defeat for item rewards. The raid plot first appeared in Patch 6.1: Newfound Adventure, but the stakes and intensity of the battles have both increased significantly with these new raids.If players want to unlock the new bosses, they have to meet a number of requirements before they can start the quest chain.
Complete the Pandaemonium: Asphodelos raids to unlock the Pandaemonium: Abyssos content in Final Fantasy XIV
Players must first finish the Main Scenario quests all the way through to the end of the Patch 6.0 Endwalker storyline in order to access the Abyssos raids. Additionally, the player must have an item level of 565 and a job level of 90 before they can begin the content. Once this is finished, players can access the Chronicles of a New Era quest, which delves into the Pandaemonium raids' history. The Crystal from Beyond is the name of the first quest, and it can be located in Old Sharlayan at coordinates (X:9.6, Y:11.9). This quest line will take you far into the Elpis zone, and along the way, it will also unlock the Pandaemonium: Asphodelos raids.
The An Unwelcome Visitor quest unlocks the Pandaemonium: Abyssos raids in Final Fantasy XIV
Players can access the An Unwelcome Visitor quest after seeing the Pandaemonium: Asphodelos raids and the opening plot through to its completion by completing the Who Wards the Warders quest if they have an item level of 585 or higher. You can obtain this quest chain from Claudien at Labyrinthos (X:8.6 Y:27.5). The quest chain will lead the player deeper into Pandaemonium and back to Elpis, but after this point, everything is pretty simple. Before the next boss is unlocked in the duty finder, each cinematic will provide more information about him. There are four Pandaemonium: Abyssos bosses in all, divided into the following four roles:
- Pandaemonium Abyssos: The Fifth Circle
- Pandaemonium Abyssos: The Sixth Circle
- Pandaemonium Abyssos: The Seventh Circle
- Pandaemonium Abyssos: The Eighth Circle
When a boss is defeated, the next mission is unlocked, and the plot advances into a cinematic. Each boss leaves behind tokens that can be exchanged for item level 610 gear at a merchant. Each week, only one token per circle may be given to players. Speaking with Mylenie in Labyrinthos (X:8.3 Y:27.6) or Djole in Radz-at-Han will allow you to trade the loot from the raids for equipment (X:10.3 Y:9.6).
