You will receive an immediate notification from Twitch when you receive a Twitch Drop. Keep in mind that you have 24 hours from the time you receive the notification to claim it from Twitch. The item will be automatically added to your account when you have claimed it, allowing you to access your rewards the next time you launch the game. You must log in and out of the game if you are already logged in for the prizes to become available.
