To go directly there for PC players, you must press the C key on your keyboard. On a mobile device, tap the icon with the three hexagons stacked on top. Then select "Weapons." The Character tab will thereafter be accessible from there and will be at the bottom of the screen. Your character's name, CS, and stats are all displayed on the Character Screen along with other miscellaneous information.
Simply click or tap on the gender icon located directly above the character portrait to alter your gender. When you do, a pop-up will ask if you really want to change the gender of your character. Hit OK. Your character's gender will change if you press OK. Your character's appearance won't change, though.
