Similar to Animal Crossing, Disney Dreamlight Valley offers a variety of equipment for you to utilize and land that you can repair to make your own. These tools are used to gather resources, make way for new routes, and unearth long-forgotten secrets. These tools aren't immediately accessible, of course. You must first locate them. Where to find the Royal Tools
Merlin will give you the assignment to locate the Royal Tools not long after you begin the game and obtain entry to your house. You aren't told where these four tools are located, yet they are dispersed throughout the plaza and the meadows.
The Watering Can

The Pickaxe

You will begin a new quest after picking it up that requires you to talk to Goofy. You will receive a new fishing rod that you can use after engaging with Goofy.
How to Use the Royal Tools
There are various uses for each of the royal tools. Press ZR on a Switch, R2 on a PlayStation, or RT on an Xbox to open the tool wheel. Select the tool you want to use from the tool menu, and it will show up in your character's hands.
You can use the shovel to dig up various items and make holes where you can sow seedlings. To obtain ores and diamonds, rocks are broken with a pickaxe. A fishing rod is used to catch fish in the ponds. Last but not least, the Dreamlight Valley's diverse flora and your garden are tended to with the Watering Can.
