Disney Dreamlight Valley: How to increase your inventory and storage space

How to increase your inventory and storage space

You will have eight storage slots in your home storage chest and 21 in your inventory when the game first starts. There are a total of 29 places for objects to be stored. With that much storage capacity, you won't get very far until your screen displays the message "full inventory." It can only be avoided by upgrading your storage.

It's easy but expensive to upgrade your inventory. The size of your backpack can be expanded into seven-space steps. However, these improvements cost 5,000 Star Coins. That will be difficult to come by early on in the game. It's a little cheaper to add more storage to your home, but first, you have to deal with Scrooge McDuck.

Scrooge can be reached outside the bank/store complex near the plaza. You will need to assist him in setting up the bank and store building in order to fulfill many of his objectives. He will eventually ask you to boost the valley's economy by selling a lot of gems at Goofy's Stall. When you step outdoors after expanding your house, a Scrooge McDuck sign will be posted in front of your house. When you interact with the sign, Scrooge will show up. For 2,000 Star Coins, he will offer to upgrade your residence. Your storage space will improve if you upgrade your home. To reach a total of 48 slots in your home storage, you can repeat this process several times. Remember that as you make improvements to your house, the cost will go up.
