NBA 2K23 does not let players buy carts from a store like its predecessor did. Instead, the ride can only be accessed once you have progressed to the Season Prize menu Level 40. Simply by playing The City, The Rec, or Pro-Am games, you can earn XP toward higher levels. The amount of XP you receive for each game depends on how well you perform and how well your teammates work together. When you finally achieve Level 40, you must select the reward from the Season Prizes menu in the Seasons tab of MyCareer and equip it by going to the Equipment category of the Appearance menu. Below is a picture of the ride, which comes in six different colors and can hold up to four MyPlayers at once.
As new rewards are introduced each season, it is likely that the reward will only be available for Season One.
