Even though Sonic Frontiers is a stride in a new direction for everyone's beloved blue hedgehog, several well-known areas will still be investigated. You will be placed in linear stages as soon as you reach Cyber Space, which frequently brings back memories of earlier games in the series. The Sonic Frontiers levels and zones that are returning are listed below.
Every returning level in Sonic Frontiers from older games
Green Hill Zone
Sega has recently used Green Hill Zone a little too frequently. Being the original Sonic the Hedgehog level, it is without a doubt the most recognizable zone, but we have also recently seen it in Sonic Generations, Sonic Mania, and Sonic Forces. Whatever the case, it reappears in Sonic Frontiers.
Sky Sanctuary Zone
A popular area from Sonic the Hedgehog 3 & Knuckles is Sky Sanctuary. It's in the skies and there will be many Eggman badniks there. The enormous Death Egg will also be present, floating in the distance.
Speed Highway Zone(?)
Although it may be a stretch, we would speculate that this congested metropolis is Speed Highway Zone from the first Sonic Adventure at this time. If so, it may have been redesigned as this is the first time we have seen it during the day.
These are the only Sonic Frontiers Cyber Space levels that have been publicly debuted as of this writing. Other probable returning stages include Chemical Plant Zone from Sonic the Hedgehog 2, Rooftop Run from Sonic Unleashed, and Planet Wisp from Sonic Colors. We'll update this article when we have more information. Most of these ideas come from leaked information about the game, which said that many assets from Sonic Generations were used to rebuild some of these Cyber Space areas.
