It all comes down to having fun at the club and chance encounters. By selecting the Activities option, navigating to the Nightlife section, and selecting a club, you can go to a nightclub. There's a chance that someone will give your character a drink while they're here. Accepting their offer of a drink commits you to share one with them. There is a minor catch, though. In BitLife, there is a risk that any alcoholic beverage your character consumes can lead to addiction. In a similar way, if your character drinks too much alcohol, they might become addicted to it.
Although it's unlikely, your character could develop an alcohol problem. You must go to rehab if they do and you want to get rid of it. It should be located beneath the Plastic Surgery choice as you scroll down the Activities tab. Going to rehab increases your chances of avoiding this attribute for the rest of your life, though it is not a certainty that it will be removed from your character. You could have to deal with unwanted acts and chance occurrences if they continue to drink.
There are other places besides clubs where you can get alcohol. When you hang out with friends or go to a party with them, you might also get alcoholic beverages. Even though it can be exciting, getting a drink in a club is a chance occurrence.
