A door that needs a Cell Key to unlock can be found as you move through Resident Evil: Village's Shadows of Rose DLC. When Rose opens the door, she will find a different version of herself, whom she then follows into the dungeon. Enter the space through the sole door that is slightly ajar. It is on the left side of the big metal door that is in your way. Crouch down and enter the little hole on your left after passing through the jail door. Continue down the path, past numerous corpses of Rose. Turn to the left after crossing over to locate the switch handle. As you enter the door to obtain it, you will see a brief cutscene. A locked door is located to the left of the switch handle location. To return to the hallway, interact with it to unlock it and then pass through.
