Pokémon Scarlet and Violet: How to evolve Fidough into Dachsbun
Since Pokémon Scarlet and Violet were made available everywhere, Pokémon fans from all around the world have been searching the Paldea region for new species to add to their teams and designate as their favorites. Weeks before the players even started their new adventure, one of the species that was made public before the games' release, Fidough, captured the attention of many fans. The Pokémon Company unveiled Fidough during August's Pokémon Presents, more than a month before Scarlet and Violet's release.
Players will encounter Fidough, a yellow, doughy dog-like Pokémon, early on in their explorations in Paldea. This fairy type, which is aptly known as the Puppy Pokémon, is rather endearing, and many fans appeared to agree. Soon after Fidough made its debut in public, a number of imaginative fans started posting their illustrations and artistic takes on the Paldean species online. You're in luck if you want Fidough to join your team as soon as possible. Players can capture the puppy Pokémon before their first gym battle because the species makes an early appearance in the game.
The Pokédex entry for Fidough describes it as "This Pokémon is silky and moist to the touch." Fidough's breath contains yeast, which causes fermentation near the Pokémon. However, Fidough is not unique in its evolutionary history. With a little leveling, the fairy type develops into a larger and more baked version of itself. It develops into a species that resembles a Dachsund, the Dachsbun. Dachsbun's coat appears golden and more baked whereas Fidough is doughy. It has ears that resemble cinnamon buns, just like Fidough, and a collar that is decorated to look like pastries.
How to evolve Fidough into Dachsbun in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet
Fidough and Dachsbun are both fairy-type Pokémon that look like cute, pasty puppies. Although the Fidough is not the most resilient creature, it is very useful. Although a Dachsbun can also be found in the wild, it's more likely that you'll see Fidough first, and evolving it is a logical next step. The evolution of the dough is not difficult. You won't need to carry around a lot of different goods, and you won't have far to walk. The progression in Fidough is level-based.
At level 26, Fidough will transform into Dachsbun. There are numerous methods for leveling a Pokémon; previously, players could fight other Trainers and Pokémon. This may be accomplished using the standard turn-based fighting system or by utilizing the automatic battle mode, which enables players to toss out their selected Pokémon and let it fight until it encounters an opponent it cannot defeat.
Utilizing Candies is another additional option for leveling up. Candy comes in two varieties: Expensive Candy and Rare Candy. Pokémon has had rare candy for a time, and any Pokémon that consumes it will always gain one level. There are several sizes of experience candies, and whenever Pokémon consumes one will receive a specific amount of experience. The five types of Experience Candy are as follows:
- Exp. Candy: XS 100
- Exp. Candy: S 800
- Exp. Candy: M 3,000
- Exp. Candy: L 10,000
- Exp. Candy: XL 30,00
The more challenging the raid you take part in, the better you'll get at Exp. Candy sizes and the quantity of Candy you receive can be unpredictable.
