The Kardashians new series at Hulu will premiere in 2022

Variety has heard exclusively that production on the Kardashian-Jenner family's new Hulu series has begun, and the famous family has teamed up with Fulwell 73 to develop their first project with the streaming site. Few specifics about the untitled show have been published, but Hulu describes it as the Kardashian-Jenners' next chapter, as they take viewers on a "new, intimate journey inside their lives."

Following their departure from E! after 20 seasons of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," the family has signed a new content contract with Hulu, and this is the first project to come from that deal. In December 2020, Hulu announced a multi-year deal with Disney, including worldwide content streaming on Hulu in the United States, Star Plus in Latin America, and Disney Plus in all other regions.

With a new show comes a new set of collaborators. Fulwell 73 has been chosen as the production company for the Kardashian-Jenners' next series. Ben Winston, a Fulwell 73 partner, will executive produce with Danielle King, who will serve as showrunner. Emma Conway and Elizabeth Jones from Fulwell are also executive producers.

Kris Jenner, Kourtney Kardashian, Kim Kardashian West, and Khloé Kardashian will act as executive producers for the show, which Kendall and Kylie Jenner will star in. Ryan Seacrest, who found the Kardashians for reality television in the early 2000s and produced "Keeping Up With the Kardashians," is also an executive producer on the project.

Fulwell 73, the London and Los Angeles-based production firm best known for its collaboration with James Corden and work with One Direction, has just completed its most high-profile project.

Fulwell 73 has become a busy shingle stateside in recent years, first with Corden's blockbuster late-night CBS show and then with Winston and Corden's Emmy-winning "Carpool Karaoke: The Series" on Apple TV Plus.

For the second year in a row, the Recording Academy announced that Fulwell 73 would produce the Grammy Awards in 2022. The business produced the HBO Max reunion special "Friends," is launching the NASA series "Among the Stars" on Disney Plus, and is producing Adele's upcoming CBS concert special "Adele One Night Only," which will include an interview with Oprah Winfrey. Fulwell 73 was the studio behind Amazon's "Cinderella," Lionsgate's "In the Hands of the Gods," and Sony's box office smash "One Direction: This Is Us."

Winston, along with close friends Leo Pearlman, Ben Turner, and Gabe Turner, established Fulwell 73 in 2005. In 2017, Corden became a partner. (Corden isn't working on the Kardashian-Jenner series as a producer.)

Bunim/Murray Productions and Ryan Seacrest Productions produced all 20 seasons of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" on E! The trailblazing show debuted in 2007 and ran for 14 years, changing the sisters from reality stars to A-list celebrities to billion-dollar businesswomen and transforming the family into a phenomenon that helped impact pop culture, fashion, and beauty.

Kris Jenner dubbed the "first momager" in the pop-cultural zeitgeist, is one of the savviest women in the entertainment world, overseeing her family's multimedia dominance, which includes lucrative apparel lines, cosmetic enterprises, and apps. Kim's Skims shapewear line and KKW beauty and fragrance lines, Kourtney's Poosh lifestyle platform, Khloé's Good American clothes, Kendall's new 818 Tequila, and Kylie Cosmetics, which has expanded into skincare and baby products, are all part of the Kardashian-Jenner empire.

The family has continued to make news since their E! show ended. Kardashian West — who is publicly co-parenting with separated husband Kanye West — hosted "SNL" to amazing reviews in recent months, and Kourtney and drummer Travis Barker got engaged, which is said to have been taped for the upcoming program. The family has been posting bits from filming to their hundreds of millions of followers on social media over the last few weeks as production has begun.

“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” episodes were available on Hulu during its run, attracting users to the streaming site and leading to the natural connection with the renowned family.

The new show is planned to premiere in the first half of 2022, though no exact date has been confirmed.
