Cultivating is one of the most significant tasks in Farming Simulator 22. This is how you prepare a field for new crops and maintain good soil health in general. While fertilization is beneficial, cultivating is half the battle in keeping your soil in good shape and ready to be worked season after season. The right equipment for the job

You'll need a tractor and a cultivator to get started. Any tractor will do, although the greatest cultivator and tractor combinations may be found in the in-game store's packs. You must attach the cultivator to the tractor, drive up to the field you wish to cultivate, then lower the cultivator after you have these on your property. Then you may drive the tractor in strips throughout the field, watching as it transforms the soil and leaves behind a lovely base for planting seeds.

When to cultivate a field

After you've harvested a field, you should cultivate it. This will provide you a good even base on which to plant seeds, fertilize, and care for the crop until it is ready to harvest the next season.
