Apex Legends: Crypto’s Jikdo Heirloom leaked

After months of anticipation, players have finally seen Crypto's Heirloom thanks to an Apex Legends leak, and it suits his style well. None of the Apex Legends treasures are more rare or sought-after than the Legend-specific Heirlooms.

These weapons are only accessible for a limited time and are issued in conjunction with collection events. After that, the only method to get one is to open packs with a 1 in 500 chance of getting one, thus they're not simple to come by.

Wattson was the most recent character to acquire one of these rare items, with the Raiders Collection event releasing her Energy Reader on December 8. Now, a leak may have offered gamers their first glimpse of the game's next Heirloom, which belongs to Crypto, the Surveillance Expert.

Crypto’s Jikdo Heirloom leaked in Apex Legends

Thordan Smash, an Apex Legends YouTuber, has given the community their first look at Crypto's Heirloom, which is a Jikdo. The blade complements the hacker's motif nicely, with a neon green and white color scheme that matches Crypto's default skin, despite the low quality of the footage.

Not only that, but when the Surveillance Expert unsheathes the weapon, the blade appears to extend outwards, giving it a futuristic feel. While the leak doesn't reveal all of the Heirloom's animations, it does show Crypto holding the blade in a block stance with two hands.

Remember that this is only a leak, so take it with a grain of salt. It's conceivable that Respawn has changed the design since this was recorded. However, if this is Crypto's Heirloom, the texturing is obviously incomplete, and since the Raiders event has yet to begin, it will be some time before we see the Jikdo in-game.

For the time being, all we can do is keep a lookout for any further leaks, as well as an official announcement somewhere in the new year.
