Fortnite Chapter 3 battle pass trailer leaks: Spider-Man skins and more

A number of Chapter 3 battle pass skins have leaked online ahead of the end of the Chapter 2 event, offering gamers a sneak peek at what's to come, including the long-awaited Spider-Man cosmetics. After the completion of Fortnite Chapter 2 with the aptly named 'The End' event, there has been a lot of anticipation and excitement for Chapter 3 and what it has in store for Fortnite players.

While leakers claimed they wouldn't give anything away too soon and would let Epic Games do their thing, things haven't gone quite as planned.

Official trailers for the massive new update have already surfaced online, with one giving us a first look at the new map and another displaying some of the new cosmetics we'll be able to acquire from the battle pass and item shop in Chapter 3 - as well as a slew of other goodies.

On December 4, users discovered that the Polish language version of the Chapter 3 battle pass video had been shared on social media by several different accounts.

You don't have to look at them if you don't want to be spoiled, but the long-awaited Spider-Man cosmetics soon be arriving, and the Web-Slinger will be dressed in more than his characteristic Red and Blue outfit. There are a few alternatives available.

There are also a number of Fortnite lore-focused skins, such as The Foundation, another Llama skin, and more colorful Primal skins for various characters.

Marcus Fenix, a Gears of War legend, also makes an appearance. Fenix, unlike Spider-Man, does not feature in the end-of-trailer group photo with the other skins, indicating that he is more likely to be part of the item shop at some point.

Of course, the trailer does more than just show off the new skins. There are lots of new mechanics to look at, including the new map, new weapons, and the much-anticipated sliding mechanism.

We'll have to wait until the next season launches to see which skins will be available at various points in the battle royale, but it looks like it'll be a nice one for Fortnite lovers.
