Destiny 2: How to get the Thorn Armor
Destiny 2's 30th Anniversary event has arrived, bringing with it a slew of new content to play through and win some great goodies. The Echo set is one of the new armor sets, and it's largely influenced by the fan-favorite Weapon of Sorrow, Thorn. To obtain your hands on the new Echo armor set, you'll have to face some formidable foes, just like the Thorn.
Drop into the Dungeon
The net Grasp of Avarice dungeon is now available, and it's the only place to get the Thorn-inspired Echo armor set. The dungeon has a total of six encounters that you must complete in order to obtain some of the brand-new goodies. Only three of the six encounters have loot chests at the conclusion, and all of them have the possibility to offer you a single piece of Echo armor. The following encounters drop chest loot:
- Phry’zhia the Insatiable
- Fallen Shield
- Captain Avarokk The Covetous
Because each class has its own Echo set, you'll have to run the dungeon numerous times if you want Dredgen Yor to like all of your characters. Don't worry if you don't receive the entire armor set on your first run; getting the full set will take a few weeks.
