Destiny 2: How to get Treasure Keys
During the Bungie 30th Anniversary event in Destiny 2, Treasure Keys are extremely significant. They are used to open treasure chests discovered throughout Eternity. Obtaining Treasure Keys is a straightforward process. You must complete the Dares of Eternity activity, which has recently been added to the game. This six-player, matchmade activity can be accessed by selecting Dares of Eternity from the options after clicking on the Eternity node on the main map in the Director.
After that, you'll have to fight your way through several rounds of adversaries and tasks until the bar is full, at which time you'll face the ultimate boss. Each mini-event is, for the most part, rather basic, requiring you to just defeat foes. You may come across a shield enemy who needs the shields to be taken away with energy weapons dropped by weaker adversaries from time to time. There's also a Take Blight to destroy, which you can do by tossing orbs you get from murdering other Taken at it.
In general, it's rather simple to figure out as you play. After you've defeated the final boss, you'll be able to open a chest that contains a Treasure Key at the end of the event. The key can then be used by returning to Eternity and speaking with Xur at his Treasure Horde.
